Experimental-pop artist Carδamo delivers an exhilarating celebration of creativity, friendship and musical freedom with the ambitious new mixtape ‘Tomodachi ☆ Kimitachi’.
Bringing together singles released throughout 2025 and 2026 alongside previously unheard material, the project sees Carδamo embrace an extraordinary range of influences, from hyperpop and alternative R&B to electronic dance music and unconventional pop.
Standout track ‘Missing Link’ combines live instrumentation, inventive sampling and propulsive breakbeats, while ‘Confidence’ introduces lush strings, irresistible grooves and soulful vocal melodies.
Elsewhere, ‘La La La’ offers a warmer, nostalgic atmosphere, contrasting with the playful electronic experimentation of ‘Blackstar Promo’.
Inspired by artists including Frost Children, Danny L Harle and underscores, Carδamo uses the project to celebrate collaboration and the confidence found through meaningful relationships.
