Los Angeles indie collective badsoma return with ‘Coffee Pot’, a shapeshifting new single that swirls with woozy textures, hypnotic rhythms, and a sense of slow-burning unrest. Built from a foundation of late-night jam sessions and collaborative reinvention, the track reflects the band’s evolving identity.
What began as the work of Iranian-American songwriter Armin Fard has grown into a 6-piece force, with each member contributing writing and production to their forthcoming self-titled EP (out November 14). ‘Coffee Pot’ captures their intuitive, political, and immersive sound.
Produced by Fard and Braden Rose, and finished between LA studios and home setups, it’s the sound of a band building something big from quiet moments.
