Houston-based outfit Angry Joe and the Holy Socks have released their latest single, ‘In Real Life’, adding another chapter to the band’s catalogue of introspective alternative rock.
Built around layered guitars, understated melodies and reflective lyricism, the track explores the uncertainty that can follow repeated setbacks while suggesting that hope can still emerge through perseverance. Although the song carries an uplifting outlook, it never loses sight of the challenges that inspired it.
