King Yanz gives in to temptation on ‘Dangerous’

King Yanz returns with ‘Dangerous’, continuing his momentum into 2026 with a sleek anthem as he takes to the stages of Barcelona and Tallinn. Hip-hop foundations underly smooth R&B melodies, grooving basslines, crisp percussion and jagged electric guitars.

An evolution in sound ahead of the album Jeppisboy, the darker, seductive nature centres on the theme of succumbing to temptation and knowingly stepping towards risky decisions. In three minutes, it brings the audience into the night; it’s understated and addictive.

In the words of producers Jason Boshoff and Oscar Garcia Bragado, “Infectious hooks and a beat that won’t quit. Dangerous is a breath of fresh air that insists you take a moment to enjoy yourself, probably dancing, but definitely smiling.”

Born Yannik Kiswamu, King Yanz has emerged from the three cities of Barcelona, London and Helsinki, linking Nordic hip-hop to the UK scene. Live, he combines contemporary rap with funk, jazz and live instrumentation with his band Yanz & the Kingzmen.
