Research-driven experiential firm Ansera debuts with focus on awe and impact

Newly launched experiential firm Ansera is entering the market with a research-forward approach to live engagement, aiming to help organizations design experiences that resonate emotionally while delivering measurable results. The company unifies three long-standing industry leaders into a single platform and is supported by private equity investment.

Central to Ansera’s strategy is a dedicated research initiative examining the physiological and psychological effects of live experiences, internally referred to as the “study of awe.” Drawing from neuroscience, psychology, and behavioral science, the initiative seeks to better understand how collective moments influence attention, memory, and decision-making.
